Site Identification and Feasibility Specialist (m/w/d) - office-based or home-based in Germany

We are currently hiring a Site Identification and Feasibility Specialist 1 or 2 (m/w/d) to work office-based in Frankfurt or home-based in Germany.  

While projects vary, your typical responsibilities might include:

  • Attend kick off meetings to understand study requirements include investigator profile, protocol, process specifics and timelines. Collect and analyze country/regional Feasibility and/or Site Identification information to meet timelines of each study.
  • Manage and execute the site identification process of appropriate investigators in accordance with the needs of the sponsor and specifications of the protocol.
  • Perform regulatory, start-up, and maintenance activities in accordance with regulations, SOPs, and project requirements / needs of the sponsor either at the global, regional, or country level.
  • Prepare and manage site regulatory documentation; review and negotiate site regulatory documents and contracts with sites and sponsors; Distribute, track, negotiate and review the Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs) for Feasibility and/or Site Identification with input from the study team, management and Legal when appropriate.
  • Maintain and track completion of regulatory and contractual documents for sites; ensures contracts are fully executed and establish project timelines. Maintain and update company information repositories and databases.
  • Review and report on site performance metrics
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for investigative sites

You should have:

  • A Bachelor's or higher-level degree in a health care or other scientific discipline or educational equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years of Site ID or other clinical research experience (e.g. CRA)
  • Alternatively, you should have an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
  • Fluent German language skills and a good level of English
  • Computer skills including proficiency in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
