About the VP, Firecrest at ICON:

Firecrest is a key technology within ICON that provides education and automation for increased efficiency in Clinical Trials. As a VP, Firecrest you will have a unique opportunity to define the full product roadmap while devising a strategy to deliver and expand for other offerings.

The VP, Firecrest will have full P&L and headcount accountability for 120+ employees and will be the face of the organization with high visibility to the ICON Senior Leadership team. You will be acting as primary point of contact for key strategic clients while achieving key metrics and targets.

This role requires strong leadership qualities and a demonstrated ability in solving problems and providing clear communications regarding business expectations. Change management, strong collaboration and innovation will be required to ensure a successful product strategy of the future.

To succeed you will need:

Minimum of 5 years' experience developing product strategy for Clinical Trial Technology

Minimum Master of Science degree or equivalent in a life science discipline (or a related field of study).
