To provide high quality comprehensive payroll service to Parexel employees and the UK HR team. To manage and maintain the Payroll database, monitoring and managing data integration from the HR system to payroll. To provide expert advice and information on all matters regarding the payroll service in the UK / Ireland. Taking ownership for a limited number of Payrolls in the EMEA Region, UK and Ireland. Key Accountabilities; Monthly Payroll collation, input and reconciliation tasks.Communication and Cooperation with HR Operations as payroll stakeholders.Payroll processes maintenance and corrective action for Country specifics.Complete all Payroll tasks in a timely manner.Monthly trial Payroll validation and approval for finalization.Maintenance of process documentations in collaboration with Payroll Provider.Cooperation with Finance and EMEA Payroll Team on standard reporting and reporting as needed.Monthly Payroll Induction presentation to new employees.Conduct Audits both internal and external when requested.Year End Processing for HMRC and Employees P11D or equivalent. PSA Agreement.QualificationsUnderstanding of payroll components and in performing payroll, optimally within a multinational environment.Understanding of benefits systems and respective taxation.Good knowledge of relevant software (MS-Office) with excellent working knowledge of Excel and Word.Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail.Ability to work in a multilateral environment with a high degree of flexibility in adapting to emerging needs.Experience and reliability in dealing with confidential materials.Possess a positive attitude.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and function effectively as a team member.Effective time management in order to meet deadlines or team objectives.Shows commitment to and performs consistently high quality work.

EducationEducated to GCSE /A Level Standard.

Language SkillsVery good oral and written communication skills in English, any further language skills advantageous.

Minimum Work ExperienceWorking experience in HR, Payroll - optimally in a similar role.
