MediNeos, an IQVIA company, is a leader brand in Observational Research for the Life Sciences, with a specific focus on international observational studies, patients’ registries and Real World Data projects. Our teams conduct Pre and post marketing studies which apply observational methods and epidemiological study designs (Cohort and Case Control studies, Cross Sectional studies, Case Series, etc.).

We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our MediNeosteam based in Modena.

In the role you will be responsible to ensure that the quality management system is implemented, kept updated and improved according to ISO and GCP/GEP standards, through the analysis of company performance indicators and the optimization of production and support processes.

Main tasks:

• To defend Medineos quality system, SOPs and quality documentation when audited by third parties (customers, ISO auditors, local and international authorities such as AIFA and EMA).
• To updateinternal quality processes, SOPs and documentation, taking care of internal archiving and distribution to other departments as well
• To keep up-to-date on the specific legislation and reference standards in force in the clinical field, taking care of integrating them into the company system
• To plan and manage internal audits  and certificate internal training and quality records
• Being the point of reference for Quality for the whole division of MediNeos, he/she will be in charge for cross functional requests (i.e.data system validation, ISO 9000 certification, internal and external contracts review, etc.)

Desired Skills and Experience

• 4-5 years of previous experience in similar roles preferably in the biomedical and/or in the consultancy/services field (preferably in multinational companies/complex organizations)
• Good knowledge of Quality System based on ISO:9001 standards and quality management processes
• Great problem-solving attitude
• Curious, fast learner, open to revise and renew internal processes

• MSc degree with strong record of academic achievement
• Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
• Solid communication skills
• Proficiency both in English and Italian
• Ability to be multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and to work on a team

Location: office based (Modena) + smart working.
