In order to realize our vision we are looking for a Business Intelligence Consultant, Technology Solutions to strengthen our team.

Responsibilities

The Consultant is responsible for managing design, development and delivery of medium-sized BI solutions and tools or components of larger, complex ones by:

  • defining end-user reporting, analytics and dashboard frameworks from requirement definition through to end user deployment
  • designing and implementing enterprise data and reporting architectures
  • designing and implementing data integration and data conversion solutions
  • planning, coordinating and reporting of Testing Activities
  • interacting with offshore multi-countries teams, being a point of reference for the team (developing increasingly PM capabilities)

In addition, the Consultant will be directly involved in some strategic cross-function projects aimed at developing innovative information solutions for our clients.

Qualifications, Experience, Technical and personal skillls

Essential qualifications and experience

  • MSc degree with strong record of academic achievement, preferably in Information Technology or Computer Engineering
  • 3/4 year consulting experience with a Systems Integration and Application Management Consultancy

Essential general technical skills and knowledge

  • Deep knowledge of most common databases, SQL and MDX querying languages and of most common BI Suites and ETL platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Fluency in English

Essential personal skills and behaviours

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • An attitude to working collaboratively and effectively with others in and across the team to accomplish goals
  • Ability to be multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
  • A willingness and ability to travel
  • Other key personal attributes include drive, self-motivation, energy and tenacity
