Lymphoma and Leukemia Society initiated National Research Registry
The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) has built a National Research Registry to evaluate real world experiences and medical outcomes for people with blood cancer, before, during, and after blood cancer treatments.
The LLS National Research Registry is a real-world experiences and outcomes research registry; a collection of patient information and medical data, over time, about people who have a particular disease or condition, or who receive a particular treatment.
The trial is designed to enroll male and female 21 years and older and is being conducted in the Lymphoma and Leukemia Society, Rye Brook, New York, United States.
The study start date is July 24, 2017.
The population that can be enrolled into this study includes the patients with blood cancer, before, during, and after blood cancer treatments.
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS), a 501(c)(3) charitable organization founded in 1949, is the largest voluntary health organization dedicated to fighting blood cancer in the world. The LLS's mission is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
LLS is headquartered in Rye Brook, New York, with 56 chapters throughout the United States and five chapters in Canada. In addition to the main campaigns, there is LLS Lifestyle, in which groups and individuals, through their local chapters, can turn any activity or event into a vehicle for fundraising.
