The study of the microbiotherapy in characterized depressive disorder

The company Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Besancon is commencing recruitment for the clinical trial of the Microbiotherapy in Characterized Depressive Disorder.

The conditions are Depression, Depressive Disorder, Depressive Disorder, Major.

The trial officially began on the March 2022 and is planned to complete on June 2024.

The study aims to evaluate the contribution of a multi-targeted microbiotherapy at 12 weeks in depressed-patients in a situation of failure of a 1st line of antidepressant treatment and treated in add-on with a 2nd antidepressant, venlafaxine.

Fondation FondaMental, GYNOV are the collaborators in this clinical trial.
