HR Analyst

Job Overview
Coordinate and provide administrative support to the Learning and Development (L&D) programs and systems in an assigned functional area, geography or business line. May assist in the design and administration of a variety of learning processes/systems.

Essential Functions
• Provide administrative support of the learning management system and programs in assigned functional area. This may include, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities: conference room scheduling, equipment scheduling, conference call scheduling, equipment maintenance, material reproduction, and assessment compilation.
• Organize and supervise the production of materials. May work with outside vendors as the primary point of contact.
• Assist the instructors with ensuring the materials are standardized and distributed to all appropriate locations.
• Coordinate the acquisition and distribution of support materials (e.g., department supplies) to all appropriate locations with guidance from the management staff.
• Maintain and/or initiate communications, as directed, with other relevant HR partners or L&D functional area to enhance synergy for the overall program.
• Provide customer service.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent  Req
• 5 years experience in an office environment or within a Training Development Req Or
• Equivalent combination of education, training or experience Req
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, HRIS applications and Learning Management Systems
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Good Listening skills
• Good problem-solving, skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with co-workers, managers and clients
