  Job Summary We are seeking a Bioanalytical Specialist, Alliance Management for our Alliance Management group to be located remotely anywhere in the US. The Specialist will provide support for internal and external clients.  Work in collaboration across multiple sites with various staff to ensure quality customer service is provided.  Facilitate and contribute to organizational development to enhance customer experience, business growth and overall clinical/non-clinical portfolio client satisfaction within the Laboratory Sciences space.  Resolve moderately complex issues independently and escalate as appropriate while ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders.

 

The following are the responsibilities related to the Bioanalytical Specialist position:

•    Facilitate effective execution of all multi-site / multi-resource interactions to ensure client satisfaction with our company services. 

•    Manage assigned projects and programs through utilization of best practices and tools. Bio

•    Manage our company and client expectations in the areas of project/program planning, awardment, and project/program closure. 

•    Non-scientific project/program oversight and support of the internal and external project teams and stakeholders through internal and external collaboration. 

•    Identify dependencies and critical paths. 

•    Negotiate and mediate with project team, clients, and stakeholders to deliver a proactive approach in the management of forecasted and awarded work. 

•    Document and communicate timely status of the project/program, incorporating an overall health report on project/program timeline, issues, and risks. 

•    Foster relationships to support the success of the project/program delivery, overall client relationship and relationship growth.

•    Serve as the client and company advocate.

•    Facilitate complex non-scientific discussions to ensure alignment and resolution to internal and external challenges.

•    Coordinate communication and knowledge-sharing between internal and external customers.

•    Participate in Alliance Management team activities.

•    Perform other related duties as assigned.

  Job Qualifications The following are the qualifications related to the Bioanalytical Specialist position:

•    Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in a scientific or business discipline. 

•    Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in client/study management, preferably in a life sciences company and/or multinational corporation.

•    An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.

•    Other:  Capable of working with minimal supervision, able to handle multiple tasks and effectively prioritize based on identified goals.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational skills and attention to detail required.  Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.  Ability to work effectively and efficiently to meet deadlines.
