  Job Summary We are looking for a Building Technician Control & Ventilation for our site located in Senneville, Montreal.

The persons in charge of the position of Building Technician Control & Ventilation are:

• Maintenance of heating and humidification control valves

• Verification of ventilation systems, shutters, coils, humidifiers, etc.

• Temperature / humidity probes: Replacement + validation

• Differential pressure reading of animal rooms

• Troubleshooting / diagnostic / emergency intervention of HVAC systems

• Make sure that all spaces are comfortable for users (thermal comfort)

• Deviation memo for vivarium

• Operation Metasys

• Checking and air balance

• Responsible for determining and monitoring the modifications made in Metasys

• Make sure the laboratory evacuators are functioning normally

• Parts inventory for building control

• Verification of probes and alarms in critical spaces

• Execute service calls from the helpdesk

• Assist contractors

• Assist the project manager with controls
