The Talent Advisor- Emerging Talent/ University Level Programs Recruiter is responsible for emerging talent program assistance, and candidate sourcing, screening and closing of candidates for his/her respective client(s) at graduate and under-graduation levels. This role will also be responsible for building emerging talent pools, internal pipelines and sustainable university relations. The University Recruiter is also personally involved in marketing and branding initiatives, recruiting program management, diversity talent pool cultivation, reporting analysis, competitor analysis and market trends, curriculum studies, internal development program assistance and external organization or campus activities.

Key Accountabilities:Work to recruit as needed undergraduate talent for positions such as interns, apprentices, trainees and entry level full time positionsFind appropriate pipelines of talent including diversity program managementCollaboration with universities and promotion of Parexel brand and partner in alignment with marketing activities led by TA marketing to promote university/graduate opportunities to social media outletsManage the search, identification, communication and interview process with candidatesAssist in requisition management (req reviews with hiring managers, sourcing strategy documents, timeline to fill, key requirements)University recruiting reporting management – work to reconcile college/university entry hires globally and compile monthly reporting packageWork closely together with Business/Hiring managers as assignedAssist in screening of internal candidates for development programs Project management as assigned and ownership of university outreach research, student feedback, hiring trends, competitor analysisDiversity pipelines and connections - outreach and communicationsEducational curriculum studies as assignedQualificationsSkills:Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsA flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learningAbility to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detailWillingness to work in a matrix environment and to value the importance of teamwork.Experience with sourcing and candidate relationship building skillsEffective interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyDemonstrated time management and personal organization skills with good priority settingThe ability to use diverse sources and social media in the identification/ contacting of potential candidatesComfortable with networking, marketing, sourcing and recruitingUnderstanding of University structure and the higher education sectorFocused work ethic with a proactive approach to workMarketing mindset and attitudeTeam player who is also a self-starter that is ambitious and wants to learnEmployment is contingent on disclosure of your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if relevant, proof of vaccination.EEO DisclaimerParexel is an equal opportunity employer.  Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to legally protected status, which in the US includes race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or protected veteran status.
