In this role you will be the single point of contact for a given portfolio of customers within the Sample preparation OEM business and handle daily coordination of customer requests related to purchase orders, product forecasts, shipment follow-up, and coordinate and manage troubleshooting.The position involves cross functional collaboration and coordination as well as close contact to field business development and strategic market development.Discover Impactful Work:At Thermo Fisher Scientific, we work for the right reasons in the right way, and our culture is highly characterized by pride.   • Relevant experience gained from a similar working environment
  • Ability to understand complex customer issues and be solution oriented
  • Problem solving capabilities and a drive to deliver solutions
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to balance and prioritize responsibilities in accordance with business and customer needs and strong time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a “can do” attitude that contributes to a great team spirit and confident collaboration with our customers.
  • Agile and enjoy learning new things
  • Fluent English is essential for the role.
  • You will be based in our Oslo offices
