Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be joining one of the brightest minds in the industry to transform clinical research.

You will be working solely dedicated to one of our clients, playing a key role partnering with one of the industry’s rapidly growing, dynamic Biotech. Their truly entrepreneurial and bold approach is successfully driving to market ground- breaking treatments within the Autoimmune disease portfolio.  Their rapid growth strategy means you will need to be hands on, inventive in nature and highly collaborative to get things done.

What you will be doing:

  • Overseeing one or more clinical development teams, end-to-end from pre-clinical into commercial.
  • Overseeing and managing one or more studies, timeline, budget, and resourcing.
  • Promptly communicating substantial acceleration or delay on the project and down-streaming impact to project leadership and corporate management and proactively driving corrective actions.
  • Partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participating in governance meetings.

You are:

  • Advanced degree (Master or PhD) in health-related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10 years in clinical research across different therapeutic areas and phases of development.
  • 5 years of experience in Project Management, as a minimum.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ideally your background includes CRO and Pharma/Biotech experience.
