Associate Country Clinical Quality Manager

As a (job title) you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

• This role is responsible for support and performance of clinical trials quality activities that mainly fall under the scope of ICH-GCP (Good Clinical Practice). CCQM is expected to be the local expert for ICH-GCP and local regulations related to clinical trials. The role supports a large team of local clinical operations team in Turkey and acts as a quality bridge between local team and Regions & Head Quarters.
• CCQM role is responsible for the oversight and/ or execution of the activities indicated in clinical quality management system (cQMS) of Audit and Inspection Support, Training Support, Consultation, Process Implementation and Management, Quality Control, Supplier Qualification and Oversight, Quality Issue Management.
• The role reports to CCQM Lead in Turkiye.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in clinical research including direct field monitoring experience or management/oversight of such individuals, with a demonstrated record of accomplishments.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of Clinical Trial processes as well as quality management and control tools is required. 
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams of business professionals.
• Solid track record of initiating, planning and delivery of projects and knowledge of project management practices.
• Candidates with experience in quality management / compliance (e.g. audit/inspection support incl. CAPA management, SOP management, compliance issue management) will be preferred.
