Job Description

  • Administer the payroll process and resolve any issues that arise
  • Administration of annual benefits processes such as annual enrollment, etc.
  • Manage time-tracking processes and facilitate any edits to employee's previously submitted hours, vacation and leave from work
  • Support the calculation of all regulatory taxes and payments on behalf of the company and employees
  • Assist with reconciliation of all payroll and benefits files, as required
  • Analysis and preparation of reports for management team
  • Develop strong and effective team relationships with HR specialist functions/Centers of Excellence, e.g., HRPSC, Finance PSC.
  • Support line managers in the process of new employee orientation where appropriate.
  • Conduct ad hoc reviews as directed and propose recommendations in handling employment legislation, compliance, HR systems, practices and procedures and, with guidance, provide support and education to line management.
  • Support line managers in the recruitment and selection process where appropriate.
  • Operate as first point of contact for HR-related queries and work in conjunction with senior members of the HR team and line management on issues.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or above
  • Requires 3-4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in C&B for multiple legal entities or organization with more than 300+ employees is highly preferred.
