About the position:

The HR SystemsSpecialist in Talent Acquisition- Outsourced Solutions Group (OSG) provides analysis, testing and implementation support for HR systemprojects including upgrades and enhancements of multiple systems. Ensures data integrity and efficient processing of HR data as well as troubleshooting, auditing and systems maintenance.Assists with queries and develops a variety of ad hoc reports and statistical summaries.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working in multiple systems and troubleshooting errors to understand interface issues. He/she will be comfortable reaching out to other teams to gather information needed to resolve discrepancies and will be handling basic configuration tasks in Oracle.

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification

Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 3 years) or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated software knowledge of human resources information systems including configuration, maintenance and report writers Solid working knowledge of database and system integration concepts Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with all levels of employees and work as part of a team Demonstrated customer service orientation and ability to provide service/remain focused in a demanding environment Strong analytical and problem solving skills, as demonstrated by ability to identify problems and determine appropriate solutions and resolve sensitive problems
