Resource Management Senior Coordinator

<h2≥Job Overview:</h2≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;"≥Resource Management has an opportunity for a Resource Management Senior Coordinator.  This position is a home-based opportunity.</span≥</p≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;"≥ </span≥</p≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;"≥The Senior Coordinator will liaison between Operational Groups and Resource Management aligning Resources to Operational Demand. The role involves training across respective businesses on Resource Management Processes and guidance/coaching of those process to ensure compliance.</span≥</p≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;"≥ </span≥</p≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;"≥Additional responsibilities:</span≥</p≥<ul≥<li style="color: black;"≥<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;"≥Cross business partnership on demand projections against current resource levels and advisement on appropriate requisitions</span≥</li≥<li style="color: black;"≥<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;"≥Works with key stakeholders, business leaders, and line managers in interpretation of resource data and reports</span≥</li≥<li style="color: black;"≥<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;"≥Assist in developing Resource Management strategy that supports business unit objectives</span≥</li≥<li style="color: black;"≥<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;"≥Ownership of assigning resources to unmet demand. Responsible for utilizing all available tools and resources to make the recommendations for the best employee to fill demand. High through-put process for assigning resources</span≥</li≥<li style="color: black;"≥<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;"≥Accountable for ensuring Resource Management technology is up to date with the most accurate supply and demand data.</span≥</li≥<li style="color: black;"≥<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;"≥Review key Resource Metrics with appropriate personnel within the supported Operational Group(s), showing resource forecasting, utilization, availability and other reports as required.</span≥</li≥<li style="color: black;"≥<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;"≥Matrixed participant of operational group, attending all meetings, appropriate training or other essential functions to support the group.</span≥</li≥<li style="color: black;"≥<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;"≥Publish reports for recruitment providing projections of future demand variations to ensure accurate forecasting of future sourcing needs</span≥</li≥<li style="color: black;"≥<span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;"≥Other duties required to support the position, group, and department.</span≥</li≥</ul≥<h2≥Education/Qualifications:</h2≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥<span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"≥University / college agree or certification from an appropriately accredited institution</span≥</p≥<ul≥<li≥<span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"≥In lieu of the above requirement, candidates with five (5) or more years of relevant clinical research resource management experience in pharmaceutical or CRO industry may be considered</span≥</li≥<li≥<span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"≥Good understanding of the clinical trial process</span≥</li≥</ul≥<h2≥Experience:</h2≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥<span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"≥Minimum Required:</span≥</p≥<p style="margin: 0px;"≥ </p≥<ul≥<li≥<span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"≥Minimum of six (6) years of professional experience</span≥</li≥<li≥<span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"≥In lieu of above requirement, candidates with five (5) years of clinical research (pharmaceutical research or contract research organizations) may be considered</span≥</li≥<li≥<span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"≥Strong ability to work within a project team</span≥</li≥<li≥<span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"≥Strong planning, organization and problem solving ability</span≥</li≥<li≥<span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"≥Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills</span≥</li≥<li≥<span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"≥Ability to work to deadlines and effective time management</span≥</li≥<li≥<span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"≥Ability to work with all levels of personnel</span≥</li≥<li≥<span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"≥Good analytical and problem solving skills</span≥</li≥<li≥<span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"≥Good understanding of resource supply / demand principles</span≥</li≥<li≥<span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"≥Works efficiently and effectively in a matrix environment</span≥</li≥<li≥<span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"≥Excellent computer system and database knowledge and advanced MS Excel skills</span≥</li≥</ul≥
