Associate Manager, Depot and Production

• Optimize storage space, stock and space management

• Prioritize work and provide guidance to Depot Team

• Perform quality control checks

• Assistance in Clinical Trial Materials destruction, recalls, reconciliation and returns

• Oversee regular cycle count and physical inventory

• All tasks related warehouse management including production activities

• Resource of production for day to day work

• Assistance and execution in Premise and Equipment general management

• Report any issue affecting quality and/or deviation

• Follow internal and external (ie. Client) work flows and processes

• Strive to contribute to external and internal customer satisfaction

• Complete trainings on time

• Effectively and efficiently manage multiple tasks

• Manage Key Performance Indicator (KPI)

• Participate in GMP inspections and audits, and provide follow-up responses to resolve quality issues and maintain GMP compliance

• Recruit, retain and develop a team of skilled, experienced and motivated staff.

• Ensure direct reports meet and aim to exceed their personal goals and objectives by developing appropriate orientation/induction, performance review and development plans for all direct reports.

• Monitor Employees compliance on T.I.M.E. & training.

• Complete the formal performance and salary review processes to corporate standards.Qualifications• Team player with very good interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)

• Knowledge of GxP guidance and willingness for education in GxP regulations

• Understanding of the drug development and regulatory framework

• Knowledge of warehouse management system and/or inventory system

• Experience in a warehouse support (Packaging and labeling experience in pharmaceutical or biological industry is preferred)

• Demonstrated understanding of cGMP know how

• High School, Bachelor Degree, equivalent logistics or pharmaceutical studies or demonstrated work experience
