The Brand Marketing Director is accountable and responsible for developing and managing the brand

strategy and development and delivery of brand objectives and goals for specific brand(s), sub-brand(s) or

SBU(s) within the Parexel portfolio (brand) to support growth and profitability. S/he is accountable and

responsible for the development of customer focused and competitive strategy and marketing initiatives

that will deliver growth for Parexel and drive commercial ROI.

The Brand Marketing Director defines the vision and instills it across all levels of brand organization. S/he

oversees the brand strategy, go-to-market planning, optimization, and drives cross-functional collaboration

within the business and with external partners, enabling strong, collaborative working relationships.

Critical to this role is the ability to harness and communicate the expertise of the global organization and

to take ambiguous concepts and early stage ideas and drive them towards tangible, actionable initiatives,

leveraging creative thinking, problem solving and initiative and follow-through. Ensure a deep understanding of customer needs, and the competitive
