Business Development Manager - Consumer Health - Nordics

You will be leading and executing the sales related activities for Consumer Health as a part of the Nordic Commercial engagement team.  

Responsibilities:

The primary focus of this role will be on the expansion of CH Solutions market.

Focusing on driving new business/new account acquisition and developing the CH business with existing CH clients

  • Develop a strategy for expanding client base and identifying new business opportunities in CH segment
  • Prospecting for new accounts, determining needs, negotiating terms and conditions and closing sales.

Account management:

  • Responsible for the development of new business opportunities or emerging areas in existing accounts
  • Suggest product and offering enhancement to product/offering development team
  • Bring a total solutions mindset to bear with clients and will be expected to develop opportunities across the total CH offering set, even though primary focus will be on Market Insight Solutions
  • Develops relationships with key executives and decision makers within assigned accounts and manage the overall relationship to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.   

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of similar industry or relevant sales experience
  • Experience of working in the Consumer Health/FMCG industry, at a senior level, either within a client company or in an agency
  • In-depth understanding of how consumer health market companies are organized, business processes, issues and needs. Understanding of how CH companies use market insight solutions in their business today
  • Self-starter - Ability to set vision and direction - Problem solving – negotiation – planning - relationship building - ability to influence outcomes - team player
