We are looking for a technical trainer to join our toxicology group.

  Job Summary  

Summary:

 

Coordinate and participate in the training of the technical staff, ensure that the training records are initiated and kept up to date and that techniques are carried out in accordance with set quality standards. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  Be a reference, an example and a leader for Animal Welfare, Health and Safety, Quality and attendance Train the technical staff in order to meet the quality and proficiency standards. To accomplish technical activities while following the instructions of the study plans and Standard

Operating Procedures (SOP), and in compliance with the Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). Participate in process improvement efforts. Make sure of the understanding and the application of these changes by the technical staff. Ensure good communication with the supervisors of the different departments during and after completion of the employees training. Show flexibility in regards to the nature of the work to respond to the needs of his/her group and all other groups within the division Perform all other related duties as assigned.
