What you will be doing in this role:

  • Lead cadence meetings (bi-monthly) across US, Canada and LATAM based GBU COEs to review metrics around Resource utilization, Project Performance Governance and Resource Demand-Capacity gap
  • Drive creative ways to maximize demand fulfillment, optimize capacity and ensure no impact on achieving EBITDA target
  • Establish a continuous improvement feedback loop between CoE and Rest of Delivery Operations team to ensure issue resolution as well as data consistency
  • Leverage standard reports and dashboards to provide CoEs insights into their performance against targets
  • Audit COE Leaders’ and Project Managers’ activities for data and system compliance. Create and Publish a periodic scorecard to measure their performance
  • Lead initiative to identify next gen KPIs, ways to measure them and report them to the leadership. Use available tools to create reports/dashboards
  • Conduct new hire, standard and Ad Hoc training related to Delivery Operations tools and processes
  • Expand Delivery Operations footprint to other geographies including LATAM/US/Canada/Japan by engaging with RBU leaders and marketing Delivery Operations’ Portfolio of Services
  • Actively engage with FP&A/Finance teams to monitor the EBITDA and ways to improve it
  • Participate in monthly headcount forecast exercise as well as annual budget exercise

What we want you to bring:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably with an MBA degree
  • Advanced English level
  • 8-12 years of resource management background in a multinational company, with exposure to IT skills, projects, and methodologies
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint with storyboarding skills are mandatory
  • Should have active experience in one or more tool/platform roll out
  • Should have led more than one process improvement and change management exercise
  • Understanding of Financial terms/metrics commonly used to measure financial health of businesses and projects is mandatory
  • Problem solving, analytical and logical reasoning skills are a must
  • Should have worked with people across diverse cultures and locations around the world and should be open to networking and collaboration across IQVIA
  • Experience in using Salesforce platform, especially for reporting/dashboarding is a big plus
  • Experience in Power BI/any BI tool is good to have
  • Soft skills: Client focus, problem solving, cultivates innovation, strategic mindset and communicates effectively.
