Learning Operations Associate

<h2>Job Overview:</h2><ul><li><span style="font-family: Cambria, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain CDS Learning Management System (LMS) Mailbox within business specified timelines by processing new requests submitted by approved business stakeholders, facilitating online content review/publishing process and troubleshooting or assisting with question/issue resolution</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Cambria, serif;">Administer updates to assignments and curricula in the LMS</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Cambria, serif;">Facilitate the creation, revision or inactivation of all core training requirements in the LMS</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Cambria, serif;">Run ad hoc reports from the LMS as needed</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Cambria, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manages the Clinical Development Services GCP training record process</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Cambria, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support SOPs/Policies that govern the learning organization and represents at audit</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Cambria, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Works collaboratively with Global Learning Trainers to ensure that the training quality standards are met</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Cambria, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Works collaboratively with Core Matrix Owners to ensure that the training quality standards are met and determine appropriate solutions</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Cambria, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Participate in developing/maintaining incoming learning projects as Business Unit needs grow</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Cambria, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintains and applies knowledge of technical training theories and techniques to sustain overall training effectiveness </span></li><li><span style="font-family: Cambria, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support client audits as CDS LMS subject matter expert</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Cambria, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Provide reports to support training/project related metrics</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Cambria, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Creates surveys, assessments and dashboards in support of the metrics & evaluation strategy</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: Cambria, serif;">Perform other duties as assigned by management</span></li></ul><h2>Education/Qualifications:</h2><p style="margin-left: 18.0pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">University/college degree – life sciences preferred or certification in a related allied health profession from an appropriately accredited institution (e.g., nursing certification, medical or laboratory technology)</span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Good verbal and written communication skills</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;"> Aptitude for handling and reviewing numerical and written data</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;"> Excellent organizational and time management skills</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;"> Fluency in English, both written and verbal</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;"> Organized with a meticulous eye for detail</span></li></ul><h2>Experience:</h2><ul><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">3 years relevant learning management and/or development experience in a pharmaceutical company or CRO</span></li></ul><p style="margin: 0px;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">OR</span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">3 LMS administration (Saba Cloud) experience</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Testing and upload of SCORM content to the LMS for operability</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Strong computer skills, including high proficiency in MS Office Suites essential</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">3+ years in a position requiring strong multi-tasking ability/skills.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Advanced knowledge of Excel and ability to analyze data</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Experience with SharePoint </span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;">Management of multiple projects</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 12pt;
