  Job Summary  

 

Technical Trainer 2 in Animal Health – Toxicology

 

We are looking for a trainer to join our Toxicology team located in Senneville. (Ouest of the Montreal Island)

As a trainer, you will be responsible for training the technical staff. Your contribution will have an impact on your colleagues careers, as well as the integrity of our pre-clinical studies.

What will you work on? 

You will be responsible for training the technical staff. You will train them on maintaining animal rooms as well as restraint methods according to standards. You will evaluate the employees’ level of understanding as well as keep training records up to date. You will also participate in process improvement and ensure the application of these changes.

 

Who are we looking for? 

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of related experience working with animals. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in French and English, an ability to facilitate a group and a passion to teach.
