Director of DOCS Program Management will oversee one or more Programs of work that are deemed of significant size to require dedicated Program Management. These programs may fall in to one of two categories:

1. FSP Programs: All FSP programs that are delivered by DOCS, including oversight of any of those that are delivered through ICON's other divisions. (DOCS is wholly owned by ICON plc, ICLR)

2. Resourcing Programs: All Resourcing Programs (permanent placement, contract placement, or both) that are deemed of a significant size to require Program oversight and Account Management.

Director of DOCS Program Management will report to the Senior Director of DOCS Program Management and will be responsible for:

Delivery of assigned Program(s):

- Successful delivery of Program(s) to client expectations and in line with agreed budgets and timelines

- The design, development and execution of program-specific delivery plans

- Appropriate Program Resourcing to ensure delivery

- Working with internal support functions (e.g. recruitment operations, Finance, CTM, HR, etc) within a matrix structure to ensure program delivery

- Monitoring KPIs and Quality metrics to ensure maintenance of DOCS internal standards and adherence to SOPs and ICH GCP, as appropriate.

Line Management:

- Support and Line Management of assigned FSP Managers / staff and development of their competencies in line with their personal objectives and organizational goals.

Account Management & Client satisfaction:

- Managing clients' expectations and the Account relationship to ensure issues and clients' needs are proactively addressed

- Ensure appropriate Governance Models and robust succession plans in place for your assigned program

Business Development:

- Act as Operational Expert for New Business Opportunities that relate to FSP and large scale Programs. Participate in / lead bid Business Development Activities, as required.

- Work with Business Development to maximize opportunities with your assigned accounts and to drive repeat business

Finances

- Oversight and accountability for your Program's finances. Regular status reporting on programs to the EMT (Executive Management Team) and Operational leadership

Requirements

- You must have at least 5 years of people management and account/program management experience in clinical research field.

- You must have good understanding on FSP business.

- You must be able to speak Mandarin fluently and English at high-business level.
