Job Summary We are seeking an Accountant II to join our M&A and Special Projects team within Corporate Accounting, located in Wilmington, MA.

The following are responsibilities of the Accountant II position: Partner with Fixed Asset CoE, Revenue CoE, inventory CoE and shared services as well as relevant Finance and cross functional teams in order to achieve the Finance integration milestones. Prepare and review monthly balance sheet account reconciliations with a moderate to high level of complexity Create workbooks supporting key M&A accounting conclusions including any adjustments between acquiree and CRL policies Apply knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Company policies to solve moderate to complex problems. Provide input into acquisition/integration plan to ensure all identified significant accounting related impacts are properly considered. Review general ledger detail and expense run-rates to identify and record required adjustments and reclassifications. Analyze complex financial data and extract relevant information; interpret data for purpose of determining past financial performance and/or to project a financial probability. Assist with identification and implementation of process improvement initiatives. Understand and comply with Sarbanes-Oxley controls. Partner with the Internal Controls team to ensure accurate and timely controls established on acquisitions and clean audit results of M&A and strategic investments related accounting by internal and external auditors. Provide internal and external auditors with requested documentation. Partner with cross Finance teams to ensure proper gathering or creation of pertinent accounting support Perform or partner with Technical Accounting teams on accounting research as necessary in M&A and strategic investments from time to time. Identify and implement or assist in implementation of process improvements in M&A accounting activities. Perform all other related duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements

The following areminimum requirementsrelated to theAccountant IIposition: Bachelor's degree (B.A. /B.S.) or equivalent in accounting or related discipline Two (2) or more years related experience with at least two of the required years with a national or regional CPA firm and/or commercial company. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above. Excellent spreadsheet skills. Strong written and verbal communications skills required Preferred Qualifications

The following arePreferred Qualificationsrelated to theAccountant IIposition: Master’s Degree in Business Administration preferred. M&A accounting experience CPA Experience with SAPBusiness Planning and Consolidation (BPC) or Hyperion Financial Management( HFM)
