Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Sr. Digital Experience Specialist, Website, for our customer-facing website with nearly two million users a year. This position will work within our Corporate Marketing Department in Wilmington, MA.

The Sr. Digital Experience Specialist, Website, will work with the strategic marketing teams to support their content needs and make recommendations to enhance the website user experience. This position will use various technologies to help optimize site content for SEO and provide a personalized experience for customers.

The following are responsibilities related to the Sr. Digital Experience Specialist, Website: Work with the strategic marketing teams to create and update web pages, files, and forms on criver.com, making suggestions for improvement and change where necessary Optimize web content for SEO based on site analytics and goals Implement personalization strategies throughout a customer’s buying journey using Acquia Lift, our website personalization tool Use analytic tools to help inform tactical decisions and identify opportunities for impactful content optimization and personalization Serve as a resource for users of Drupal, our content management system, and publish submitted content for approval Assist with other web-related projects as needed, prioritizing amongst a portfolio of projects to improve value creation Minimum Requirements:

The following are minimum requirements related to the Sr. Digital Experience Specialist, Website: Bachelor Degree (B.S./B.A.); an equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education. Four (4) plus years of related experienceincluding web content and SEO Knowledgeable of website best practices, emerging digital trends, and user experience Experience operating Drupal or similar content management system and knowledge of HTML Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting scheduled deadlines Be detail oriented with problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal communication skills Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team Preferred Qualifications:

The following are preferred qualifications related to the Sr. Digital Experience Specialist, Website: Familiarity with Chicago Manual of Style Writing and/or editing experience Personalization software experience (e.g., Acquia Lift)
