Purpose
Manages the consolidations of the financials for the Company.  Work closely with business leadership, providing insights through financial analysis, business planning, decision support, and budgeting. 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage global consolidation of monthly financial results. This includes the timely collection and consolidation of financial data for internal and external reporting.
  • Manage month end consolidation process, including consolidating and analyzing data from all US and international entities; 
  • Manage the consolidation process for the forecasts by working with various locations to accurately determine and report the expected future results
  • Works with finance business partners for each business unit to provide meaningful insights to financial results in comparison to prior periods and budget.
  • Support ongoing maintenance of consolidation software, develop reports and establish and revise consolidation structures.
  • Interact with accounting personnel at all divisions, including senior accounting management.
  • Develop business measurement metrics taking financial information and producing financial measurement reports to drive the business both strategically and directionally.
  • Provides monthly financial reporting to constituencies.
  • Supports reporting and information flow for company communications to CFO, CEO, and the corporate team who are responsible for interfacing with the investment community.
  • Provides analytical and information support on acquisition, Legal, Tax and Treasury initiatives and Board of Directors presentations.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 

  • Strong excel and financial modeling skills
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP
  • Knowledge of financial systems including Hyperion
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Proven record of results working with senior management in a consultative business approach
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical proficiency with financial application software is essential
  • High level of integrity and self-confidence

Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or Financial Management preferable
  • 7-10 years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis, accounting and finance.
  • Ability to understand complex financial and strategic business logic and support strategic decisions
