We are seeking a Senior Managerforor our Immunochemistry and Immunology Teamsite located in Mattawan, MI.

The following are responsibilities related to theSenior Manager:

A Senior Manager – Lab Sciences is responsible for: The general oversight and managementof staff assigned to multiple departments or functions. This individual is responsible for ensuringcompliance to departmental policies and procedures. This individual is expected to be an

expert in his/her discipline, providing leadership in developing staff and efficient andscientifically valid processes and procedures. This individual will frequently function as aPrincipal Investigator or Study Director, responsible for the development and execution ofvalidation and sample analysis protocols/plans in accordance with company standard operatingprocedures (SOPs), industry regulatory guidelines (GxP), and budgetary guidelines. Job Qualifications

The following are minimum qualifications related to the Senior Managerposition:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant field and 10 or more years of relevant experience; orPhD in relevant field and 5 or more years of relevant experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactorysubstitute for the specific education and experience listed above. Proficient using laboratory software applications and LIMS. Expert knowledge of GxPs and applicable industry guidance documents. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing at all levels inside and outside theorganization. Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Computer skills, commensurate with Essential Functions, including the ability to learn avalidated system. Ability to work extended hours beyond normal work schedule to include, but not limited toevenings, weekends, extended shifts, and/or extra shifts; sometimes on short notice. Ability to work under specific time constraints.
