In return, we’ll help you build a career that you can feel passionate about. Job Summary We are seeking a Training Assistant inLab Sciencesfor our Safety Assessment site located in Reno, NV .

The Training Assistantwill be coordinating, documenting, maintaining, and scheduling training. Assist in developing, maintaining and modifying databases, including data entry, report generation and file maintenance. Assist in providing training on database applications and maintenance. Maintain master training files and documentation for all division wide training including but not limited to GLP, HazCom/Safety, Zoonotics, and Computer/Network training. Ensure that new employees receive and sign required forms, including but not limited to, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) acknowledgement form, facility access policy, and Nevada Workplace Safety form. Collect information and maintain master database for all non-technical and technical re-certifications. Issue monthly recertification reports to departmental training coordinators. Assist in developing, maintaining and modifying databases, including data entry, report generation and file maintenance. Assist in providing training on database applications and maintenance. Assist with new hire training and provide other training as needed. Job Qualifications Education: High school diploma or General Education Degree (G.E.D.).

Experience: 1-2 years related experience in a GLP laboratory facility and relevant computer application database (Excel, Power Point, Word) experience desired.
