PURPOSE
Opportunity to develop, drive and own the Prime Site relationship and strategy, delivering growth, differentiation and superior performance across the IQVIA human data science business. The role has a key focus on maximising clinical and real world trial delivery, innovating new solutions, driving efficiency improvements and facilitating connections for the development of new opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • • Develop and own the relationship with the Prime Site stakeholders to foster customer loyalty; stimulate growth; drive innovative solutions and facilitate collaboration across the IQVIA business.
  • • Develop deep understanding of Site, key stakeholders & environment.
  • • Develop and drive the IQVIA Prime Site strategy, to maximise site productivity, concentrating on accelerating patient recruitment, across the IQVIA portfolio, whilst maintaining high quality standards.
  • • Develop and implement the IQVIA Prime Site strategic plan promoting growth and differentiation. Work with the site to drive & monitor delivery of strategic imperatives.
  • • Maximise opportunities for the site to participate in studies (interventional/non-interventional) or evidence networks that match site capabilities, by collaborating with therapeutic area/project strategy teams.
  • • Identify and explore opportunities within the prime site that can be developed to create new/innovative business opportunities for IQVIA. Facilitate connections to the right IQVIA personnel to develop solutions & opportunities.
  • • Collaborate with all IQVIA team members, working with the prime site, to overcome any site related barriers and challenges that affect the ability of the site to produce quality project deliverables in an effective, efficient and timely manner.
  • • Proactively work to develop prime site capabilities to fit IQVIA trial portfolio, actively liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • • Maintain and share performance metrics as well as pipeline information with the prime site on a routine basis.
  • • Be the point of contact for Governance teams, senior stakeholders and site staff.
  • • Enhance the experience of patients, site staff and customers working with IQVIA through Prime Sites.
  • • Ensure IQVIA processes integrate with those of the site. Drive adoption of IQVIA systems by sites, or create and execute guidance and solutions for internal teams when this is not possible.
  • • Proactively promote Prime Sites internally and externally, maintaining its visibility and image and liaise with KOLs and site therapeutic teams to win work and support Prime Site expansion.
  • • Support all IQVIA staff working within the Prime Site, share best practices and lessons learned regarding site relationship management.
  • • Participate and organise Joint Executive Steering Committee (JESC) and Joint Operational Steering Committee (JOSC) meetings
  • • Line management of Prime Site Patient Recruitment Specialist and other staff as added to the Prime team.
  • • Mentor and support less experienced team members

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • • Excellent ability to lead, collaborate and build effective relationships with all stakeholders at differing level of the organisation
  • • Proven ability to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
  • • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to present to senior management.
  • • A polite, friendly and diplomatic manner.
  • • Excellent/Proven project management and change management skills
  • • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • • Excellent knowledge of clinical development, ability to apply GCP/ICH/applicable guidelines and solid understanding of new methodologies in research e.g. data enabled trial delivery
  • • Effective time management skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • • Demonstrable sound judgement and decision making
  • • Proven ability to analyse performance data and draw relevant conclusions
  • • Fluent in local language, spoken and written
