Summarized Purpose:

Responsible for reviewing, approving and completing the set-up, processing and reconciliation of all site payments generated from subject activities, contracted milestones, and reimbursements for a group of projects. Assists team members with resolution of payment related issues and escalates issues to management when necessary. Serves as lead contact for a range of project teams with regards to finance budgets, invoice updates and contract modification requests. Assists departmental management with identification and implementation of process improvement and may assist with training material preparation or delivery of training to Associate/Site Payment Specialists.

Essential FunctionsQC and approval of site payments including milestone and reimbursements inPPD or Client Clinical Trials Management Systems. Assist with payment issue resolution and payment processing as required.QC and approval of data entry of site budgets, milestones and contractedpayees.QC and approval of payment reconciliation with each scheduled payment run,at a minimum quarterly, and the final reconciliation at the end of the study. Assist with reconciliation issue resolution as required.Attendance at SVT set up meeting and review/approval of SVTSupport applicable members of the project team and finance in managing escrow account and reviewing payment projectionsEnsures unit grid updates for completed and projected work/resources is completed. Updates resourcing/budget systems as required. Adheres to project budget and escalates potential financial or operational impacts to relevant managersTrain/mentor junior team members and provide input for performance reviews, as neededSummarized Purpose:
