Associate Director, Quality

As a Quality Manager at Parexel you will develop, deliver and enforce, strategically and operationally, an approved Quality Management System (QMS) with respect to data governance at Parexel, including (but not limited to) use of Real World Data (RWD). Serve as a quality consultant to designated operational group(s). Activities include: identification of process improvement opportunities; support process authoring ; process review; support for and leadership of process re-engineering; providing GxP and process expertise to designated operational group(s); support for identification, management and prevention of quality issues; providing audit and inspection support; and assisting with the collection and reporting of quality metrics as assigned. Supervise cross functional and complex Quality Management projects including oversight of team members as assigned. Represent function to senior leadership in other departments as assigned.QualificationsEducation Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in scientific, business or other analytical field Experience Minimum of 5 years’ experience with data and analytics, preferably in a GxP environment Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Quality/Regulatory/Quality Assurance role, preferably in a Data setting Employment is contingent on disclosure of your COVID-19 vaccination status and, if relevant, proof of vaccination.
