La risorsa si occupa del controllo di gestione e supporta la tenuta della contabilità in collaborazione con il team dello Share Service in Italia e all’estero.

 

ATTIVITA'

•    Vendite settimanali suddiviso tra i differenti segmenti  e commento sull’ andamento delle vendite con cadenza settimanale.

•    Preparazione accantonamenti vendite da inviare ad ogni chiusura alla Corporate con relativo dettaglio;

•    Preparazione  e condivisione a  livello EU  dei forecast in formato Excel ;

•    Controllo del consuntivo per profit center e centri di costo, corretta allocazione dei costi nei diversi centri di costo – allocazione dei costi generali tra le diverse Business Units al termine di tutte le scritture contabili della chiusura secondo scadenziario;

•    Analisi mensile degli scostamenti costi/vendite (actual/plan/forecast) con annessi commenti relativi alle vendite divise per Business units, rispetto al Forecast/Plan/Anno precedente, preparare un bridge dei costi vs il Forecast;

•    Redazione report per supportare la chiusura e la Business Review (Rischi e Opportunità, Cost Savings, etc.);

•    Definizione KPI per le diverse BU sulla base della reportistica della Corporate;

•    Controllo delle spese capitalizzabili (Capex) e report relativi ad ogni chiusura mensile;

•    Report HCS suddiviso per centri di costo da SAC con quadratura report Interno ad ogni chiusura mensile;

•    Calcolo costo standard per ogni strains di RM e calcolo PSR sulla base di un file condiviso con la Corporate;

•    Redazione del Plan annuale (vendite/costi/HCS/Capex);

•    Supporto di natura fiscale/contabile per i nuovi business, creazione nuovi centri di costo e conti di contabilità generale;

•    Supporto per le attività di audit (verifiche sindacali e PWC) ove necessario. Job Qualifications    Laurea quinquennale in Economia Commercio; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; Conoscenza dei principali applicativi informatici e SAP; Esperienza complessiva di almeno 5 anni in uffici amministrativi di aziende multinazionali
