BASIC SUMMARY:  

Responsible for shipping and receiving materials according to established procedures.

  Job Qualifications  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

•    Receive and distribute shipments according to established prodecdures.

•    Package materials according to IATA dangerous goods regulations.

•    Maintain dock and warehouse area in an orderly fashion.

•    Prepare, maintain and distribute appropriate documentation for all materials shipped.

•    Coordinate and perform courier pick-ups/deliveries relative to study needs, as necessary.

•    Perform all other related duties as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

•    Education:  High school diploma or General Education Degree (G.E.D.).

•    Experience:  1-2 years related experience.

•    An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.

•    Certification/Licensure:  Valid driver’s license.

•    Other:  Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities; attention to detail, computer literacy; and the ability to interact appropriately with all levels of
