  Job Summary  

The Senior Change Management Partner will help deliver value through the adoption of new technology.  The role will work on some of our most complex and ambitious initiatives and will be creating the change management strategies that balance measurable adoption results with rapid, incremental delivery.  A great candidate is one who is quickly able to shift from creating strategic vision with an executive audience to tactical delivery in partnership with working team members.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  Build and execute change management strategies that create measurable impact on user adoption and proactively address resistance risks  Pull from multiple change methodologies to select what will be most effective for the specific stakeholders and initiatives, even if multi-phased and complex Assesses change impact of complex solutions and aligns adoption approach to address impacts in order of risk Focuses on defining success metrics and measurable outcomes for the people side of change Plan and support delivery of core activities related to stakeholder assessment, change impacts, readiness assessments, communication, training and sustainability of the change  Confident working across departments, geographies and building a coalition of support at the local level  Collaborate and support with other change leads across the organization Drives ongoing improvements in the value delivered by the adoption practice

  Job Qualifications  

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in business administration, organizational development, behavior, change management, communications or related discipline.  Master’s degree (M.A./M.S.) or equivalent strongly preferred.

 

Experience: Minimum 8 years related experience in people and change transformation, organizational development, project delivery work or a combination of the above.   Experience as OCM Lead for global HR or Payroll transformation ADP for Payroll (Nice to have) SAP Fiori for Time and Attendance (Nice to have) Stakeholder ID, Engagement, Alignment Focused people leader engagement Sponsor Engagement / Action Plan  Educating and coaching the executive sponsor to effectively lead change Strong Executive Presence (email, presentations, verbal)  Assist with establishing the key stakeholder meeting cadences including monthly SteerCo Complex, Global Communications Planning and Execution and Tracking SharePoint (iConnect) site development and Yammer campaign development (Nice to have) Build a network with corporate communications resources; coordinate translation requirements Build a network of change champions  Complex, Global Training Plan development Coordinate training development Coordinate training logistics language translation requirements different time zones tracking / measuring Build Communications Plan for Training Plan Support both EU / EST time zones Experience leading and implementing successful large-scale changes in global organizations Ability to incorporate change strategies with any project methodology (e.g., Agile, waterfall, etc.) Exceptional communication, facilitation and listening skills and ability to connect with all levels in an organization  Proven ability to create a plan in the midst of an ambiguous, fast-paced environment Ability to “connect the dots” across a complex program of adoption needs Experience using measures and analytics to tell the “people” story related to a change both to baseline current state and show progress in future state Desire for working in highly collaborative environment

 

Preferred Qualifications:

•    Prosci, CCMP or similar certification desired 

•    Master’s degree (M.A./M.S.) or equivalent preferred
