Pharmacovigilance Line Manager/ IQVIA Services

■担当業務* 要員計画、業務配分、業務の指導などを通じて、担当するチーム（10~20名程度）のラインマネジメントを行う。* メンバーとの定期的なコミュニケーションを通じて、サポーティブで働きやすい環境を実現・維持する。* メンバーのパフォーマンス評価とキャリア開発を行う。* 他のマネージャーと協力して、プロジェクトのスケジューリング、要員計画、ピーク時のワークロードの予測を行い、プロジェクトの実情を確認・評価・報告する。* チームの作業プロセス、手順、およびインフラが継続的に改善されるようリードする。* 成果物の品質、タイムライン、コスト、生産性をモニタリングし、改善をリードする。* メンバーのトレーニングニーズを特定し、トレーニングプランを策定・展開する。

候補者の要件■必須

* 医薬品・医療機器の安全性情報管理に関する、症例マネジメント経験

* ケースプロセッシング業務における品質・生産性改善の経験

* マネージャー、リーダー、メンター、教育担当など、何らかの人的マネジメント/指導の経験者

* ビジネスレベルの日本語能力（読み書き・会話すべて）

* ビジネスレベルの英語能力（読み書き）

* MS Officeをビジネスレベルで使用できること。特にExcelを利用して、簡単なデータの集計、計算ができること■尚可

* ビジネスレベルの英語能力（読み書き・会話すべて）

* 治験の安全性プロジェクトにおけるリーダーシップ

* 複数のプロジェクトを担当する中で、業務の優先付けを行い、期限厳守を管理する能力。* 顧客や他部門、チームメンバーとよい関係を築けること。

■Role & Responsibility* Provide line management to 10-20 members in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable regulations. Responsibilities includeresource planning, assigning, and directing work; performance appraisal and professional development guidance; rewarding and discipliningemployees.* Maintain open and regular communication with members to ensure a supportive working environment.* Collaborate with other managers to address problem areas, work scheduling for current and projected projects, staffing needs, andprojected peak workloads. Monitor, assess and report utilization of staff. Identify and implement solutions for poor utilization of staff, ensuringglobal consistency.* Lead and encourage members in continuous improvement of work processes, procedures and infrastructure.* Monitor and lead that project processes and deliverables meet expected quality, financial and productivity targets.* Identify training and development needs. Plan and implement training programs to ensure quality and productivity.

■Requirements

■Essential* Hands-on experience and knowledge of pharmacovigilance case processing.

* Experience in improving quality and productivity of pharmacovigilance case processing.

* Leadership as manager, leader, mentor or trainer* Business level language proficiency in Japanese (Both in written and oral)

* Business level language proficiency in English (In written)

* Business level proficiency in utilizing MS Office applications. Simple calculation in Excel is essential
