Pharmacovigilance Project Manager/ Lifecycle & Safety/ IQVIA Services

Purpose医薬品等安全性情報管理（臨床試験・市販後）のプロジェクトマネジメントと、そのサービスレベルの担保・維持を担います。 顧客窓口として、実働チームのオーバーサイトを通じ、顧客に対してシームレスで可視性の高いサービスを提供できるよう、安全性部門担当チームを統括・リードします。 さらに、グローバルチーム、および、提携企業と協力して、顧客とのパートナーシップを拡大し、関係を強化します。

Responsibilities

• プロジェクト成果物を管理する。プロジェクトにおける日々の顧客対応をリードする。プロジェクト計画（タイムライン、成果物）、スコープ、品質、収益を管理する。（ 収益管理には、財務システムの更新、売上確認、請求、予算のレビュー、財務分析、チェンジオーダーの対応などを含む）

• KPI（売上、コスト、利益）をオーバーサイトし、財務面のパフォーマンスを担保する。

• アサインメントによっては、メディカル インフォーメーション(MI) チームのリーダーとして

　　　- 業務手順・使用するシステムの構成と運用などにつき、クライアントとの間で、提案・協議・調整を行う。

　　　- セーフティオペレーションチームと協働し、チームメンバーにトレーニングとメンタリングを行い、スキルレベルと生産性を向上する。

　　　- チームのリソース調整、役割分担、進捗と品質の管理を行う。

• SOPや過去のベストプラクティスに基づき、プロジェクト開始時における潜在的リスクの特定や、稼働後リスク軽減策を実施する。

• 内外の関係者との会議をリードする。プロジェクトステータスの情報更新や、プロジェクトの戦略を策定する。

• 顧客とのパートナーシップを形成し、良好で強い関係を維持する。顧客のロイヤルティと契約更新を注視し、新しいビジネスチャンスを協議する。

• ビジネスレベル以上の日本語・英語能力（読み書き、会話とも）

Requirements

■Essential

• ライフサイエンス、または、関連分野における大卒以上の学歴

• CROまたは製薬メーカーにおける、4年以上の安全性情報管理（ファーマコビジランス、メディカルインフォメーション、リスク管理など）の経験

■Nice to have

• 2年以上のプロジェクトマネジメント経験

• 2 years' project management experience in Contract Research Organizations or Pharmaceutical companies

PurposeAccountable for management and service delivery excellence of a range of large sized regional and global projects as assigned, covering single or multiple Lifecycle Safety functions (clinical trial and / or post-market). Provide leadership and accountability for customer-facing activities and oversight of operational service delivery, working cross-functionally and across the opportunity lifecycle, integrating delivery into one seamless and transparent program for customers, aligned by accounts. May Collaborate with global management team and integrated partners to develop and implement strategic initiatives/solutions to expand business, partnership, strengthen overall relationship and ensure global consistency.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer deliverables for assigned projects/programs.  Tactical, day-to-day customer-facing leadership at project/program level. Responsibilities include project planning (timelines, deliverables), scope management, quality management and project financial management (including financial systems’ update, revenue recognition, invoicing, project budget review, project financial analysis, pursuit of change orders, etc.).

• Ensure financial project performance through oversight of key performance metrics (i.e. revenue, direct costs, time-sheet costs, contribution margin).

• In some assignment, act as leader of Medical Information team.

　　　- Propose ad coordinate operating procedures and systems with clients

　　　- Collaborating with Operational teams, provide training and mentoring to team members to improve skill levels and productivity

　　　- Manage resources, roles and progress and quality.

• Manage start-up of new projects using standard operating procedures and best practices, including identifying potential risks during project initiation and implementing mitigation measures to ensure seamless delivery at maintenance stage.

• Lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Provide project status updates, defines processes, project/planning strategy.

• Develop customer relationships into partnerships; manage accounts targeting extended business relationship throughout lifecycle. Focus on customer loyalty and contract renewal. Facilitate discussions on new business opportunities with existing customers.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Business-level proficiency of English and Japanese (both in oral and written)

• Strong project management; planning and organizational skills.

Requirements

■Essential

• Bachelor’s degree of health science or other related fields.

• 4 years' experience of Pharmacovigilance (CEVA, Medical Information, Safety Publishing, Risk Management etc.)

■Nice to have

• 2 years' project management experience in Contract Research Organizations or Pharmaceutical companies
