Resourcing Specialist - Office Based - Reading

The successful candidate will have a strong telephone manner, coupled with the ability to network and develop our existing candidate database and proactively generate the best quality candidates available in the market, using a variety of methods, especially social media and networking.

Ideally, you will have experience in a telephone based or recruitment role, comfortable with working to tight deadlines and display drive, enthusiasm and the flexibility to be successful.
