Rattaché(e) au Responsable Service Clients et Logistique, vous participez aux activités du service et vous aurez la responsabilité des missions suivantes :

  • Assister le Responsable Logistique dans la gestion cette activité.
  • Organiser avec nos partenaires des dossiers d’import et/ou export.
  • Accompagner le suivi et la mise à jour des systèmes de management de la qualité et de conformité réglementaire.
  • Accompagner le service dans les nouveaux projets de digitalisation en lien avec les livraisons clients et/ou les aspects réglementaires.
  • Participer aux projets de mise en performance des activités logistiques et de la gestion administrative (arbre décisionnel du transport en fonction de la commande client par exemple)

Profil recherché :

  • Vous êtes de formation BAC+2 / BAC+4
  • Vous avez des connaissances en relation clients, gestion de projets logistique, INCOTERM, douanes, et en processus d’innovation.
  • Vous avez des qualités relationnelles, une bonne communication orale et écrite, vous êtes organisé(e), méthodique et force de proposition.
  • Langues : Anglais
