Job Overview
Organize and manage research projects including substantive contribution to study protocols, reports and data collection methods, arranging and attendance at project meetings and traveling to client sites as needed. Assist in preparation of abstracts, manuscripts and oral presentations along with other related study documents.

Essential Functions
• Performs critical, systematic literature review and provide written summaries as needed.
• Assists in preparation of abstracts, manuscripts and oral presentations, including development of slides and posters for presentation of project results at conferences.
• Drafts significant sections of study protocols, reports, and other client facing documents.
• Organizes and help manage research projects.
• Reviews and provides relevant epidemiological and project-specific comments to statistical analysis plans and analysis output.
• Reviews and provides input for scientific tasks including CRF/eCRF development, form previews and other ad hoc project tasks (e.g., regulatory responses, slide deck development).
• May serve as project manager.
• Actively participates in client-facing project meetings and be a recognized member of the project team.
• May conduct statistical analysis as needed.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree with 3 years relevant education and experience Req
• Master's Degree Public health, epidemiology, outcomes research, health economics or a relevant scientific field and 1 year relevant experience Pref
• Sound methodological training in epidemiology, outcomes research, health economics, or related area relevant to observational health research.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, medical writing experience beneficial.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients in a global and matrixed environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member.
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet Explorer; knowledge of SAS preferred.
