Project Manager, Mobile Research Nursing Solutions

Description: Responsible for overall project management and oversight of Mobile Research Nursing Solutions projects.  

Responsibilities:
•    Coordinates and manages assigned contracted mobile research nursing studies
•    Assists the proposal team in planning and pricing for study services
•    Develops study specific source document worksheets and training materials 
•    Partners with peers and counterparts in other geographies to ensure consistent global delivery of mobile research nursing deliverables. 
•    Facilitate communication with sponsors, investigators, vendors and internal and external stakeholders to assure understanding of expectations and work scope for contracted studies awarded to Mobile Research Nursing Solutions. 
•    Provides internal data monitoring and Quality Assurance checks for compliance with GCP (Good Clinical Practices) SOPs (standard operating procedures) and Sponsor data requirements 
•    Provides support for vendor qualification audits related to mobile research nursing services
•    Oversees and manages project financial budgt to ensure delivery to project scope and plan.
•    Oversees and manages project timlines to ensure delivery to plan.
•    Develops project operational and communication plans as needed to support assigned mobile research nursing studies
•    Attends weekly or other scheduled customer project meetings.  Manages meeting follow-ups and customer communication. 
•    Support early customer enagement, RFP reposense and bid defences to help drive project awards. 
Minimum Requirements 
•    BS or, in lieu of degree, relevant work experience in clinical trial project management
•    At least 7 years of clinical research experience 
•    At least 5 years of project management experieince in clnical research or highly related. 
•    Experience working with internal or external customers meeting operational performance targets 
•    Excellent written and oral communication skills
•    Experience conducting training via phone or web presentations


Manager, Supply Chain and Logistics

Description: Leads management of supplies, equipment and logistics activities supporting Home Research Network activities.

Responsibilities:
•    Reviews study protocols to determine and plan for supply and logistics requirements to support the Home Research Network 
•    Liaises with proposal team to provide pricing for customer solutions
•    Liaises with procurement and vendor teams to identify and onboard vendors that can support the deliverables needed for the Home Research Network.
•     Identifies opportunities to leverage strategic partnerships related to supply chain and logistics for the Home Research Network
•    Manages inventory and resupply of supplies for the Home Research Network. 
•    Manages network of provider partners to support logistics and supply strategies. Includes identification, contracting, negotiating services, managing supplier KPIs. 
•    Collaborates with global peers on delivery of logistics and supplies services on a global basis.  
•    Attends regular team meetings for strategic planning and growth of the Home Research Network
•    Provides quality oversight for all aspects of the supply chain and logistics components within the Home Research Network
Minimum Requirements 
•    BS in business, supply chain or engineering.  MBA preferred.  
•    At least 10 years of supplies and logistics experience with proven track record for success.   
•    At least 5 years of supplies and logistics in clinical research industry.    
•    Experience working with internal or external customers meeting operational and financial performance targets
