Our unique program will see you gain the knowledge and skills required to independently perform as a Clinical Research Associate at IQVIA. About the CRA DP program; what can I expect;

  • Full time dedicated training program with classroom and practical learning elements
  • Comprehensive CRA training curriculum
  • Training on ICH GCP and local Ethics and Regulatory Environment requirements
  • Opportunity to learn from experienced CRAs, line managers, Quality Managers

Skills and experience required

  • Bachelor's degree in health care or other life-science disciplines is required
  • Experience in a clinical position (Clinical Trials Assistant or Clinical Trials Coordinator) is desirable
  • Basic understanding of clinical research governing principles such as ICH-GCP and the ethical and regulatory frameworks in Australia/New Zealand
  • Fluency in English, excellent verbal and written communication skills required to function within a professional work environment
  • Working knowledge of MS – Office suite of applications
  • Demonstrable problem-solving, critical thinking and time management skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients
  • Full, permanent working rights in Australia or New Zealand. Please note we cannot offer sponsorship for this role

Initial Phone Screens with Talent Acquisition will take place from 23rd March 2021 with applications closing on Friday 2nd April 2021.

Face to face and video interviews will be a full day session for successful applicants, exact times will be disclosed at a later date.
