Project Manager, Digital Marketing

Location :   Shanghai

Job Summary (Purpose of the job)

To act as PM for digital and data analytics project delivery and involved in business development activity as consultant

Major Duties Performed (Main Functions)

Project Management

• As the expert, to lead the project team delivering the projects for multi-channel marketing, digital excellence, advanced analytics and insights.
• To deliver the project with good quality in the developed consulting methodology and framework.

• To maintain the client relationship in the project delivery and develop new add-on project opportunities.

Business Development

• To develop the consulting approach and methodology for above mentioned practices and develop the business for the developed consulting practice

• As the expert, to communicate with clients about proposal, solution, methodology, consulting framework on above mentioned practice types during the pre-sale stage

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

• Experience from consulting firms with consulting and problem solving oriented mindset
• Experience in HCP/HCO market research, multi-channel marketing is desired
• Project management and client facing experience
• Creative and innovative mindset, proactive working attitude

• Hands on capability such as consulting framework development, project proposal preparation, clients presentation, etc.
• Knowledge about big data, or data analytics would be a plus
• Experience in life science and pharmaceutical industry would be a plus
• Strong communication skills
• English is a must
