Senior Contract Specialist

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contract Specialist to join a dedicated global team in a very fast paced environment. As a Contract Specialist you will prepare draft contract documents, including Start-up Agreements, Work Orders and Change Orders. Using Parexel templates you will work with text development, however 80% of your time will be focused on budgets and Excel based budgeting tools.

In order to succeed in this role your background must include experience in contracts, or project finance ideally in the Clinical trials industry. You must have excellent English communication skills and the ability to multi-task with great attention to detail. Superior skills in Excel, writing, budgets/numbers are all required. Preference will be given to those with a University Degree.
