Major Duties Performed (Main Functions)
⚫ Provide administrative/secretarial supports to the BU heads/functional leaders without assistant, including reserve hotels, book air tickets and other ad hoc tasks as required;
⚫ Arrange seating for the new hires according to HR’s pre notice. Update office floor plan every month;
⚫ Control and record petty cash, update monthly corporate card statement;
⚫ Work with IT to oversee office facilities;
⚫ Be responsible for the visitor’s visa application and expatriate’s work/residence permit renewal;
⚫ Provide cost-effective solutions to the facilitation and support of the various internal and external activities and inter-company events;
⚫ Research and compile information for routine reports and special assignments;
⚫ Compose, prepare, edit and proofread letters, reports and other correspondences;
⚫ Provide day to day supervision and guidance to Receptionist;
⚫ Other ad hoc tasks assigned by direct/department Managers.
Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:
⚫ College degree or above;
⚫ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience;
⚫ Good command of oral and written English;
⚫ Familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other office software;
⚫ Be proactive, be patient, good team player
