Central Business Intelligence Specialist

Role Responsibilities: Work with the WW Sales and Business Operations teams to support the Request For Information (RFI) process. This includes working with internal groups and subject matter experts to answer customer questions in addition to using a comprehensive library of information to perform this primary task of the role. Use a document management platform to manage RFI development Develop and maintain content for the sales information repository (HighSpot) and public intranet site. This may include therapeutic experience data, headcount information Manage adhoc requests which could include a few quick turnaround questions / searches for specific data or helping to put together quick capability information documents QualificationsExperience and Skills required for the role: University Degree, preferably in Life Sciences – desirable Potential to understand analytical data, communication skills (verbal and written) Client focused approach to work Individual must be able to act professionally and with a high degree of maturity in dealing with confidential and sensitive information Flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail Fluent in English Full, comprehensive training is provided which will result in ability to work alone in this role
