Job Overview
A Central Monitor Assistant is a key skilled team member of IQVIA Central Monitoring Department. Providesremote support across multiple projects and meets quality and timeline metrics.
Essential Functions:
• Perform assigned administrative tasks to support team members with project execution: running system reports, preparing and distributing status reports, creating and maintaining study documents.
• Under supervision, assist in updating and maintaining systems within project timelines/plans.
• Assist in preparation of i-site pack for respective sites and countries for assigned studies.
• Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with SOPs, policies, Good Clinical Practices, local laws and applicable regulatory requirements and guidelines.
• Perform the activities as per the task list delegated by Centralized Monitoring Lead.
• Act as a backup for Central Monitors.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field, or nursing qualification; or be near to obtain the degree.
• At least 2 years of relevant research experience.
• Advanced English Level is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of SOPs, Good Clinical Practice, relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Exposure to Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good data entry skills.
