• Manages project teams. Supports Consumer Health/OTC research teams in cost estimates, solution definition, proposal and client negotiations, with limited senior management input.
• Develops project plan and leads project to successful completion with little senior management guidance. Serves as key point of contact/ trusted advisor for client and/or internal commercial stakeholders.
• Provides high level input to, and ensures the development of client reports and provide insights and actionable recommendations to clients during presentations and business review.
• Identifies innovative ways of delivering technology/service-based solutions to meet client challenges in the Consumer Health/OTC industry.
• Proactively continues to strengthen their expertise on research techniques and applications, as well as that of the team.
• Proactively mentors, coaches and shares subject matter expertise.
• Own and monitor revenue plans and take action to close gaps through a combination of account plan execution, relationship building and new business development.
