Individual contributor with key responsibilities in solution roadmap building, demand management, business stakeholder management, solution investments and ROI planning to realization.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates across a matrix organization of business teams, sponsors, various IT stakeholders
  • Understand Customer and business vision and goals, recommend and plan IT solutions that enables the achievement of the business vision and goals
  • Create IT solution roadmaps that helps meet business vision and goals
  • Accountable for demand function for the solution - roadmapping, backlog creation, grooming, prioritization
  • Creates the investment plans for 1-3 years with associated benefits
  • Track investments and benefits with support from other team members
  • Acts as a consultant to the business bringing outside-in and inside-out perspectives
  • Guide the IT team in choosing the solution that is aligned with business' vision and goals
  • Groom and prioritize backlog for the solution using best practices
  • Monitor progress of backlog against commitments and benefits realization
  • Make decisions on priority, release of functionality and design based on cost/benefit analysis
  • Act as a single point of contact for the business or clients on the solution implementation and operations
  • Manage stakeholders and escalations on the solution
